New Hampshire Department of Education - Home Education
Home Education is an alternative to attendance at a public or private school and is an individualized form of instruction in accordance with Chapter 279:2, laws of 1990. POC information included.


New Hampshire Department of Education - Administrative Rules, Ed 315
Ed 315.01 Statement of Purpose. The purpose of these rules is to provide standards applicable to home education programs. These rules take into account the fact that home education is an alternative to attendance at a public or private school and is an individualized form of instruction in accordance with chapter 279:2, laws of 1990.

New Hampshire State Homeschool Organizations

Christian Home Educators of New Hampshire
CHENH is a Christian organization formed for the purpose of serving and supporting Christian home educators in their obedience to the call of God to educate their children. Its purposes are:to provide leadership and support to Christian homeschooling families, churches, and associations, to coordinate a state-wide network of homeschooling information and resources, to represent its membership to the State education authorities as provided by New Hampshire law, to keep members informed of state and national legislation that effects homeschooling, to provide representation to regional and national Christian home education organizations.


NH Homeschool Coalition
The New Hampshire Homeschooling Coalition functions as an important source of information for homeschoolers statewide. They support all reasons for and methods of homeschooling.
