Performance Kids
We are currently reaching out to families to let them know about our Performance Kids Programs at PHF. Performance Health and Fitness welcome kids because we think that their health and well being is important to our future. An active and healthy lifestyle is important at any age, but learning it at a young age ensures it becomes a habit for life. We are trying to get the world out to young families that we are offering low-cost fitness activities for children of all ages. We offer a number of classes that offer kids the opportunity to be active in a fun, non-competitive environment – allowing children to build self-confidence, and love of sports and fitness. We provide additional programs for kids across all our wellness, nutrition, fitness, and enrichment activities to match their needs. We provide activities for the whole child. Our work to provide activity choices suitable for children provides positive affects for families as a whole.
